Bradley Silver, Founder & CEO

I founded Atomic Reach in 2012 as a content curation platform to support enterprise marketers who struggle to keep up with the demand for fresh content.

As we scaled the business, a fundamental question challenged our value proposition: How is it possible that great content can perform so well one week, when similarly excellent content can miss the mark so badly the next?

After a period of heavy market research, the data was clear—content fails to convert into sales when it misses the language that best appeals to the audience’s emotions and intellect.

We set out to build the most robust and reliable AI-powered optimization engine ever. Today, some of the largest and most successful companies in the world base their marketing content on our proprietary, state-of-the-art linguistic AI.

Atomic Reach Founder and CEO Bradley Silver is a technology pioneer and a long-time entrepreneur. Since 2001, he has founded multiple successful companies, including BrandIntel which won a Companies-to-Watch Award from the 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards. He founded Atomic Reach in 2012 with the mission of using the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to help people tell great stories, bring automation to their lives and free up their time for the pursuit of excellence.

Paul brings over 20 years’ experience in high tech and telecommunications to Atomic Reach. A graduate of Brock University with an MBA from McMaster University, Paul has a long history of successfully developing important business relationships and strategic partnerships at BlackBerry (now RIM), Bridgewater Systems, You i Labs (now You i TV), Spatial View, the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, and Tyco Security Products (now Johnson Controls).

A highly-adaptive leader who thrives in agile workplaces in rapidly-evolving industries, Paul brings to Atomic Reach a wealth of experience in operations and technology. Prior to Atomic Reach, he led quality assurance for several of video game developer Electronic Arts’ highest-profile franchises (including the NHL, NBA, and FIFA), and served as Director of Software Quality Assurance and eCommerce at Ganz Studios.

Paulo is a versatile and flexible technology leader with a long record of success in applying traditional, emerging, and experimental strategies to drive business initiatives. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, Paulo has nearly 20 years’ experience in software development and leadership, most recently as VP of Technology and Software Development at Securefact (now ESC Corporate Services).
